• A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, with the balance due before the service date.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before service: Full refund available.
• 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund or full credit toward future booking.
• Less than 24 hours before service: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability.
• No-shows: No refund provided.
• Cancellation by brisk-geyser: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
• Weather-related cancellations: Full credit toward future booking or rescheduling.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, and members of the public
• Follow safety instructions provided by our staff
• Inform us of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or dietary requirements that may affect your experience
• Ensure you have appropriate travel insurance for your trip

Liability Limitations

brisk-geyser acts as an agent when arranging services provided by third parties such as hotels, restaurants, and transport providers. We are not liable for:

• Acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers
• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure)
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during tours or transfers
• Personal injury unless caused by our negligence

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
