For standard tours, 2-3 days is usually sufficient. Weekend packages and custom itineraries benefit from 2-4 weeks notice, especially during peak season (May-September).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Let us know your requirements when booking and we'll ensure all restaurant recommendations and included meals cater to your needs.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund with 48+ hours notice. Within 48 hours, we offer rescheduling or a 50% credit. No-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations receive full credit.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Walking tours proceed in light rain — we'll send a reminder to bring waterproofs. In severe weather, we'll contact you to reschedule or offer an indoor alternative.
